I struggle with anxiety, and the thought of going into that surgery or speaking to the staff only makes it worse. I went in to schedule an appointment but was told to come back in a week. When I returned a week later, I was informed that all the appointments were already taken. The staff came across as unprofessional and curt. It’s clear they need to work on their communication skills.
