I’m incredibly impressed with the service I received. I reached out via email, got an immediate ticket number, and received a response within an hour, confirming that the issues—fixing no audio and decluttering a slow desktop—could be resolved remotely the next morning. I was sent a link to click, and as soon as I did, Sean called me. He clearly knew his stuff and fixed everything in under an hour. As someone who isn’t tech-savvy, it’s a huge relief to know there’s someone I can trust to help without overcharging. Sean is now my go-to IT expert, and I’d highly recommend him to anyone.
