My husband suffers from chronic COPD. I called to schedule an appointment as instructed at 8 a.m., but there were no available slots. Additionally, I submitted a prescription request on December 7th, but it still hasn’t arrived at the pharmacy. I’ve contacted the practice twice, and while they assured me they would resolve the issue, nothing has been done so far. As you can imagine, running out of his inhaler is a serious concern.
