I placed an order as the item was listed in stock. However, there was no delivery, so I followed up for an update. The delivery was delayed multiple times without any notification from Asics, despite me sending three messages via their website's contact form. I requested a refund, but over two weeks have passed, and I've received no response. I’m now considering initiating a chargeback with my bank, as this has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Unbelievable.
