I called yesterday to schedule a follow-up appointment and was advised to call back this morning for a same-day appointment. However, this morning, the receptionist hung up on me three times after raising their voice. While it’s true there were moments during the calls when they couldn’t hear me, they only mentioned this right before ending the third call. Instead of simply repeating the question or asking, “Are you still there?”, they acted as though I was intentionally causing the connection issues. This kind of rude behaviour is unacceptable, especially in a setting where vulnerable individuals with medical or mental health concerns rely on professional and compassionate care.
