This airline deserves to be rated among the worst due to their dishonest practices. They charged me £55 at the airport for not checking in online, even though airport check-in has always been a standard option. When I tried to request a refund, they pointed to their "terms and conditions" as an excuse.

On top of that, the seats were cramped and extremely uncomfortable. It’s clear they lure customers with seemingly low ticket prices only to charge exorbitant fees at the airport for things like check-in.

Avoid this airline at all costs. Their tactics are misleading and unethical. They should not be allowed to operate with such poor practices. Absolutely the worst airline experience I’ve ever had!
