I had a terrible experience and will never use this company again. The plane was dirty, and onboard purchases were frustrating—you can only use a card if you spend more than £5. When I paid with cash, they couldn’t give me proper change, handing me a mix of pounds and euro coins instead, which was ridiculous.

In 2024, there’s still no online check-in, which is shocking. To make matters worse, my return flight from Tunis was cancelled without any prior notification—I only found out at the airport. I was left stranded for 26 hours waiting for the next flight, with no accommodation, food, or assistance provided.

Customer service and staff at the airport and on the plane were rude and unhelpful. This was the worst travel experience I’ve ever had. I strongly urge others to avoid booking flights with this company.
