I’ve had a very negative experience with this group. While their rules are outlined in the FAQ, they are poorly explained and unclear. My first violation of the Value Trade Score (VTS) was my fault, but the second time, despite staying well within the 23% equity limit and having screenshots to prove it, I was still flagged for violating the VTS hours later. Additionally, I purchased an account with a free retake option, but that was revoked without any explanation, leaving no way to restart.
They claim you cannot have two accounts, yet they continue to send offers encouraging you to open another, which is misleading and contradictory. Their trading rules demonstrate a lack of understanding of a trader’s mindset. For example, having multiple small-risk orders (e.g., 5+ trades totaling 0.5% risk) is labeled as "gambling," but a single trade risking 5% is not. Worse, they seem to wait until you hit your target before retroactively flagging rule violations, ultimately denying payouts. I tried this service for my community but strongly advise against using them.
Update 1: Their response to my complaint was inaccurate and lacked any proof. They falsely claimed my account balance reached $31,500, even though it never exceeded $30,800—clear evidence of their manipulative practices. They also ignored my inquiries about the denied free retake, and their responses were generic, copy-pasted answers. This company is a scam.
Update 2: Support continued to provide copied and pasted responses along with allegedly fake evidence. They claimed my profit was $1,408, but my screenshot clearly shows it was $704—exactly half of what they alleged. They even manipulated the daily profit numbers to falsely claim the VTS was violated. My inquiries about the free retake and multiple-account issue remain unanswered.
Update 3: After reaching the 10% target, it took them three months to "review" my account, only to reject it without providing any feedback. This firm is a complete joke and a waste of time. Avoid at all costs.
