I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with ACCIONA that I feel other customers should know about. During a ride, the scooter I rented repeatedly broke down, leaving me no choice but to abandon it in a safe location where I could turn it off. Despite the clear malfunction of their equipment, ACCIONA has refused to accept responsibility and is holding me accountable for parking violations and towing charges.

To make matters worse, their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. When I reached out to report the issue, they closed my case without offering a fair resolution. Instead of addressing the problem with their faulty scooter, they chose to shift the blame entirely onto me.

This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable. Companies like ACCIONA need to take accountability for their equipment and support their customers when their products fail. Ignoring valid complaints and penalizing users for issues caused by their own equipment reflects poorly on their business practices.

I strongly encourage others to reconsider using ACCIONA’s services. If one of their scooters malfunctions—and based on my experience, it’s a real possibility—you’ll be left to deal with the consequences alone.
