A year ago, I left a review highlighting the issue with the online appointment booking system not functioning. Fast forward to today, and I’m still encountering the same message: “Sorry, your practice does not currently have any appointment slots that can be booked online.”
How can patients be expected to book appointments when they’re consistently encouraged to use an online booking system that has been non-functional for over a year? This is incredibly frustrating and needs urgent attention.
