I had to use the walk-in service last month. I’d heard negative feedback beforehand, so I was bracing for the worst. To my surprise, it wasn’t like that at all. I was checked in quickly, waited about 15 minutes for triage, and only another 10 minutes to see the doctor. The entire process was completed within an hour.
The facility was clean, well-organized, and efficient—completely different from what I had been led to expect.
