I moved my mum, who has terminal cancer, from an awful GP practice that never gave her the time of day or followed up after scans, treatment, or anything else. I have to say, this practice has been fantastic. I’ve spoken to several receptionists, including Richard, who have been extremely helpful, understanding, and proactive in offering advice rather than just listening passively. The doctors my mum has seen have been brilliant—reassuring, attentive to her medication needs, and following up after her recent hospital stay. Credit where it's due—our experience so far has been much better and more supportive than her previous GP of nearly 10 years.

The only downside is the online consultation system, which often shows as expired when trying to start a consultation.
