My 85-year-old father suffers from chronic COPD and bronchiectasis, conditions that have led to numerous challenges, including multiple hospitalisations with pneumonia. Without the incredible team at both Townfield and Claughton, I truly believe he wouldn’t be with us today. The care and support provided by the doctors, nurses, and reception staff at these practices have been nothing short of phenomenal, and I cannot thank them enough. The prompt attention from the doctors, the dedicated assistance from the nurses, and the kindness and professionalism of the reception team are outstanding. Each and every one of them is a credit to the NHS—thank you all so much, you are amazing!
