I popped into the Leeds store to buy a white tuxedo, trousers, and shirt. I was still in my work gear—building boots and all—as I’d been busy and, as usual, left things until the last minute. Despite my appearance, the service was fantastic.
They didn’t have a pair of trousers in my size (32 waist, 32 leg) but assured me they could get some in by the following week. However, since I was leaving for a cruise on Tuesday, they went above and beyond by taking trousers from another suit for me.
When I got home, I found they were a bit tight, so I returned on Sunday. The assistant measured me with the trousers on and noticed they only needed an extra inch, making them a 33 waist. They quickly altered them on the spot, and within ten minutes, I was on my way with a perfect fit. I left happy and will definitely shop there again. Thank you!
