As soon as the new year's holiday nears, Tunisair ticket price treble and or even quadruple. Instead of 200 euros it becomes at least 600 euros and if you are family of five or six, you will end up spending a fortune just to visit your own country, family, relatives and friends.
I don't think they charge tourists this much. In fact for 500 euros, you spend a whole week in the best hotels in Hammamet including the return flight.
I detest Tunisair with all my guts.

On my return from Tunis, I was told I had no luggage allowance, despite traveling with the same suitcase I brought on the way there without any issues. Economy tickets are supposed to include a 23kg allowance, but they insisted I pay extra for my luggage. I explained that my friends, traveling on the same tickets, had already checked in their bags without problems. Incredibly, they tracked down my friends, confiscated their boarding passes, and refused to return them until they also paid for luggage they had already checked in.
The service was appalling. One staff member accused me of lying, saying, 'You knew you couldn’t bring luggage,' as if I’d pack a large suitcase knowing it wasn’t allowed. Her attitude was shocking—I have no idea how someone so rude is still employed.
This felt like a deliberate scam to squeeze money from passengers, likely to prop up their struggling airline. I’ll never fly with them again and wouldn’t be surprised if they go out of business. It’s such a shame because my trip to Tunisia was filled with warmth and kindness from the locals, but this airline fails to reflect that. Avoid at all costs.

I’ve traveled to 70 countries, taking numerous flights with a variety of airlines. Without a doubt, TunisAir has been the worst experience I’ve had. My flight from Casablanca to Tunis was originally scheduled for 11:50 AM. However, TunisAir failed to provide online check-in 24 hours prior as expected. Instead, just 20 hours before departure, they sent an email notifying me that the flight had been rescheduled to depart at 2:00 AM and arrive at 2:00 AM—without any time zone changes.
This situation was absurd for several reasons. First, the flight was delayed by 26 hours, with passengers notified less than a day in advance. Second, the 2:00 AM departure and arrival times make no sense, showcasing the carelessness of TunisAir staff. Third, despite completely disrupting our travel plans, TunisAir has not offered any refund or compensation, even though the issue was entirely their fault.
I will never fly with TunisAir again. This airline lacks professionalism, reliability, and any sense of customer service.
