I recently decided to pick up a few tees from Threadheads after hearing great things from some mates. Out of the four I ordered, three were absolutely spot-on, but unfortunately, one had a noticeably crooked print. Since everything is manually printed by their team, it was clearly a simple misalignment error—hey, we’re all human, and mistakes happen! That said, given the price of the tee, I thought it was worth reaching out to customer service to see if an exchange was possible.

I sent over some photos and explained the issue, expecting to be offered a replacement in exchange for returning the misprinted item at my own expense. Instead, Threadheads went above and beyond—not only did they let me keep the misprinted tee (saving me the hassle and cost of an overseas return), but they also gave me the choice of a free replacement or a gift voucher covering a brand-new item plus shipping.

A massive shoutout to Annie and the customer service team—they were incredibly friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely keen to help. The level of generosity and customer care far exceeded my expectations, and it’s clear that Threadheads values its customers.

Aside from the one-off misprint, the quality of the garments is fantastic, the designs are super fun, and the range of styles and sizes is impressive. I also love that they prioritise ethical and environmentally conscious practices.

Safe to say, I’ll definitely be ordering from Threadheads again. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
