I’m incredibly impressed with the service I received. I reached out via email, got an immediate ticket number, and received a response within an hour, confirming that the issues—fixing no audio and decluttering a slow desktop—could be resolved remotely the next morning. I was sent a link to click, and as soon as I did, Sean called me. He clearly knew his stuff and fixed everything in under an hour.
