As a working individual, it’s nearly impossible to secure an appointment at this surgery. The options are either booking online, which often has no availability, or calling at 8:30 AM or 3:30 PM—times that are impractical for those with work commitments. Unfortunately, the reception staff are unhelpful and unwilling to accommodate the needs of working patients. If you raise concerns, the response is often rude and abrupt.
