I had a persistent hacking cough for three weeks and called the surgery. My call was answered within three minutes, and I was able to book an appointment and see the doctor within 50 minutes. I frequently hear about the struggles family members outside the area face when trying to see their GP, but my experience was seamless. The advice I received was from a friendly, empathetic, and professional doctor.
Well done to the team! The only way this service could be improved is if I married a doctor—but at 67, that seems unlikely!
