The receptionist at this practice is extremely rude and disrespectful, showing a complete lack of empathy. For individuals struggling with both mental and physical health issues, the receptionist's unprofessional behavior can feel deeply discouraging. They cancel appointments and alter records seemingly at their discretion, making things unnecessarily difficult. While the doctors are helpful, accessing their support can be a challenge if the receptionist doesn’t allow you to get through to them.
