We recently completed extensive renovations on our home, which included a complete transformation of our kitchen and its location within the house. Initially, we considered the usual well-known brands, but after coming across a social media advertisement, we decided to explore what MLS had to offer. We booked an evening appointment and met with Jon, who walked us through various options. Within 48 hours, we had detailed plans and a price quote ready.
Due to some delays with the building work, we had to pause for a couple of months before moving forward. When we were ready, we met with Jon again to make a few adjustments and agree on a revised price. Jon was incredibly patient throughout the process, never pressuring us to make quick decisions and accommodating all our changes with ease.
Once we were finally able to proceed, everything moved quickly and smoothly. The installation was carried out as planned by Joe and his son, who did an excellent job. We encountered a minor issue with the transformer for the LED lights, but a quick message to Jon resolved it promptly.
Overall, we’ve been extremely impressed with the service from MLS and are thrilled with our new kitchen. It was a far better experience than what we’ve had with the bigger, more well-known brands.
