My doctor, whom I wish I could name, has been absolutely outstanding, as have all the staff at Millbank Medical. While I haven’t needed to visit the surgery often, when I required their care the most, I received a call within 20 minutes, and MRI appointments were arranged within days.
The follow-up has been exceptional, with kind and timely calls to check on my progress. I understand that not everyone has the same experience with the NHS, but my experience with Millbank Medical has been nothing short of excellent. I feel truly fortunate to be a patient at such a fantastic practice. Thank you!
