Just before takeoff on my flight from WAW to SOF, a flight attendant named Marta decided to remove my belongings from the overhead compartment without my consent. She aggressively shoved them onto my lap to make space for another passenger. When I looked at her in disbelief, she loudly exclaimed in front of everyone, “DO YOU WANT ME TO MAKE THE PLANE BIGGER FOR YOU?” Her behavior was shocking, humiliating, and completely ruined the experience of the trip.
Marta offered no apology for her actions, and her conduct was entirely unprofessional. I have reported her for being unfit for the role. She also refused to provide additional information from her badge, which should be revoked given her behavior. However, she can easily be identified through flight details. Be cautious if you encounter her—this kind of treatment is unacceptable.
