After searching through comparison sites, I decided to try Insure and Go for annual travel insurance covering pre-existing conditions. I had previously used them earlier this year for single-trip insurance and was amazed at the price difference—huge savings compared to other quotes I received.

Setting up the policy online was quick and straightforward. While I can’t comment on the claims process (and hope I never have to), I would definitely recommend them based on my experience so far.
