I was persuaded to switch from BT—where I never had issues with broadband speed or service—to EE, and it’s been nothing but trouble.
The EE hub constantly has problems, the speed falls far short of their so-called guarantee, and customer service is awful.
Also, beware of the EE app—it’s not secure. I’ve opened it to find other people’s details instead of my own. After they froze my account for several days, I had to change my email and password for security.
Now they’re blaming my setup and router position, even though it’s been in the same place for over 10 years without issue.
I am not happy with EE
