I have been seeing Claire for consultations since August 2024, and the experience has far surpassed my expectations. Initially, I sought her help to manage my needle phobia, but our sessions have provided so much more—helping me navigate unresolved grief, anxiety, and issues with self-esteem and confidence.
Claire is an exceptional listener and a natural empath, always offering unwavering support and care, especially during emotional moments. She moves at a pace that feels right for me, creating a safe and encouraging environment from the very beginning. Her kindness and patience have been invaluable throughout this journey.
Six months later, I feel mentally stronger and genuinely happier in myself. I cannot recommend Claire highly enough!
