I was stuck in a frustrating situation where two hospitals were blaming each other over a missing referral, and I was getting nowhere. I submitted an admin eConsult at 4 PM, received a response by 5 PM confirming they would chase it up, and by 8 PM, I got a text saying the referral had been accepted.
The service was incredible, and I’m beyond grateful—after feeling like I was going in circles, they got it sorted so quickly. I can’t thank the practice enough!
