Unlike other reviews platforms, we don't provide forms for businesses to invite customers to review their products and services - making sure it's five-star review and a recommendation. Asking or begging customers to leave a review incentivizes positive and misleading reviews. In a way, it's like asking a customer to manufacture a response they didn't want to do.
